The Client is eligible to request a refund or exchange for the item(s) bought within 7 days of receiving the order, and proofed to be defected.

The Client can ask for an exchange or refund in the following cases:

  • The product he ordered isn’t the one he wants.
  • The product he ordered didn’t work (warranty conditions apply in this case as well)
  • Wrong delivery from the Company

In case of any other reason, the Company will study the matter.

After that period, the Company cannot accept any refund nor exchange the product(s). 

Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging.

The Company’s invoice should be presented with the product in the refund or exchange process.

In order to be granted a refund or exchange, the Client should deliver the item(s) in question to Shaya & Azar Co. SAL’ s address found on the website.  After inspection by an authorized person at the company’s premises, it will either approve or reject your request, at its sole discretion.    

The Client can also send us the item he wants to return or exchange by speed courier.  The Client will be responsible as well for all the shipping costs that might incur during this process.  Before sending, kindly send us an email to explaining your request.  After receiving and inspecting the return item by our authorized person at the company’s premises, we will either approve or reject your request at our sole discretion.  In case of approval of the exchange, the company will send you the exchanged product and delivery charges will be then applicable.  In case of approval to refund, the Company will contact you in order to start the refund process with the same payment method.

Refunds will be made in the same method of payment the Client already used.

Promotional items may not be refunded.
